General Questions Q: Which OPACs does Syndetics Plus work with? A: If you can edit the HTML in your OPAC and there’s an ISBN on the bib record page, you should be able to use Syndetics Plus. Contact us for instructions!
Q: How much does Syndetics Plus cost? A: There is no extra charge to use Syndetics Plus! Your Syndetics subscription costs the same regardless of whether you use the traditional implementation or Syndetics Plus. Contact us for pricing if you are not a current subscriber, or if you’d like to add additional elements to your subscription.
Q: Does Syndetics Plus work on the search results/brief display screen, or just on the item record screen? A: At this time, Syndetics Plus will only work on the item record screen where only one title is listed.
Q: I subscribe to Summon, can I also get Syndetics Enriched Data? A: Syndetics is available in Summon to those that subscribe to the service.
