BowkerLink administrator(s) may also access Detailed Account Information to:

• Add and remove users
• Change usernames and passwords for users

Your company’s BowkerLink administrator is typically the person who first signed up for BowkerLink or who is currently in charge of supplying data to retailers, libraries and schools. If your account administrator is no longer with your company, contact us at bip.bowkerlink@bowker.com to have this information updated.

Note that the My Account section lists your BowkerLink login and password information, which does NOT feed to Bowker customers.
