New Providence, N.J. - March 23, 2009 - Medialab, creator of the renowned AquaBrowser Library search and discovery platform, today announced that highly regarded industry executive Jim Miesse has been named director of North American operations.
In his new position, Miesse will report directly to Bastiaan F. Zwaan, president and chief executive officer of Medialab, a division of New Providence, N.J.-based Bowker. Miesse will oversee AquaBrowser’s overall operations in North America, including the management of the services and support teams, and the supervision of the implementation process. He will also be charged with expanding AquaBrowser’s North American support team so the company is positioned to continue delivering high levels of customer satisfaction to the fast-growing AquaBrowser Library user community in the U.S. and Canada.
