At present, this online ordering system does not accept credit card data. Rather, a sales representative will contact you promptly by telephone soon after the receipt of your online order to confirm your purchase and collect billing information. You may also use this system for "off-line" ordering by simply adding products to your order, then printing the order summary and faxing it along with your shipping and billing information. Orders are sent from the warehouse within 10-15 business days of receipt. Standing orders and back orders are shipped directly from the bindery upon publication. At your request, special shipping can be arranged -- UPS, First Class, 2nd Day Air, or the service of your choice -- and the only additional cost to you is the fee of the service you select. - Books must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Books must be in unmarked and saleable condition. A copy of the invoice or the invoice number should be included with each returned item to assure proper customer credit.
