Publisher Questions

Did my document get delivered successfully?
You can track your purchase orders, acknowledgements, and other documents using our Document Cycle Tracking System (DCTS). There is no charge to use this service. CLICK HERE to download instructions for navigating the system. To log in, simply visit the Pubnet website at www.pubnet.org and look for the DCTS login in the upper right corner.

I received an order from a store using a SAN we have no account for. Can you provide the company name and address for the SAN?
You can find the company name and address for a particular SAN by visiting the Vendor/Retailer Directory on Pubnet.org. Click on the link for the appropriate community you are trading in. For US Trade and Higher Ed, you must log in using your SAN and mailbox password. If you do not have one, please contact Technical Support to have one set up for you. Once logged in, enter the SAN in question, and choose the customer type under the "Display" box.

I sent an order through Pubnet over an hour ago, and I have not yet received a purchase order acknowledgement. What is the problem?
Acknowledgements sent in response to Purchase Orders vary among all publishers. Some publishers send acknowledgments almost immediately upon receipt of an order, while other publishers send acknowledgments on a set schedule throughout the day. To see the list of publishers that are currently sending acknowledgements in 30 minutes or less, visit the Publisher/Supplier List on Pubnet.org, and look for those publishers who participate in "Instant Response" or "Rapid Response".
