McNaughton, a veteran of the publishing industry, will be responsible for the continued expansion of PubEasy in the European marketplace. She will be charged with establishing new PubEasy Affiliates as well as establishing new alliances with strategic partners in order to better serve the publishing industry.

“Liz has over 20 years experience in the publishing industry, with much of that experience focusing on the solutions that technology and electronic services can bring to the industry,” said Charles Halpin, General Manager for PubEasy. “We are thrilled to have someone of Liz’s caliber and background and look forward to her contributions in expanding PubEasy’s role as the publishing industry’s premier online customer self-service center.”

McNaughton moves to PubEasy from RoweCom, the international journal subscription agent, where she served as the Publisher Relations Director, focusing on business development and marketing activities with publishers. She led the team that launched new electronic services to clients, including the web-based management service kLibrary. Prior to that, she spent 10 years at Dawson in a variety of management and IT positions. For the past year as chair of the ICEDIS standards group (International Committee for EDI in Serials), she has been keen to promote EDI for increased business efficiency.
